Bio, Education and Family

On October 4, 1993, Phunsawat was born in Bangkok, Thailand. He was raised in Thailand, where he was born. “Pimwalee Phunsawat” is the name of his younger sister. Before beginning her political science studies at Ramkhamhaeng University, Phunsawat studied business administration at the University of Bangkok. He is 1.68 m tall with black hair and brown eyes.

Off Jumpol Adulkittiporn and Gun Athapan Phunsawat are dating each other. Off’s portrayal of “Khai” in Theory of Love has helped him become quite well-known. In addition, he portrayed Sean in Not Me, for which the critics were very complimentary. Gun portrayed the part of “Third” on TV shows Not Me and Theory of Love alongside Off. Offgun, an iconic pair, has consistently been spotted together, giving viewers hints about their personal relationship from the first. Off Jumpol Adulkittiporn has never answered questions concerning his personal life with openness or secrecy. However, none of them has been able to hide their relationship from the general public.

Career

Atthaphan recalled in an interview that his mother, who was aware of her son’s aspirations, encouraged him to pursue his early career in entertainment. He went on-screen test dates with her help and won the inaugural Boy Model Competition in 2003. One of his more well-known works in Thailand, “Gomin,” from 2004, featured him in his first major role. At nine or ten years old, Gun became a well-known child actor because of the popularity of this legendary soap opera when it was first broadcast. Since then, he has been involved in several Channel 7 and Channel 3 TV dramas throughout his boyhood, being active in the industry to a greater or lesser degree.

In particular, it was in the film industry that Atthaphan first gained recognition in the drama genre. He was spotted in independent productions like Kongkiat Khomsiri’s Slice (2009), a Thai thriller in which a teenage actor shocked viewers by playing an abused child. The film went on to win Best Supporting Actor at the 7th Chalerm Thai Awards (2010) and receive a nomination for the Suphannahong National Film Awards.

His role as Tam earned him a nomination for Best Actor at the Thai Film Directors Association Awards and another at the Suphannahong National Film Awards (2016). He also won Performance of the Year at the Bioscope Awards 2015 with his co-star Oabnithi Wiwattanawarang (Oab), which is undoubtedly another production that elevated his stature as an actor. Gun became well-known after joining GMMTV in 2016 when he costarred with Jumpol Adulkittiporn as Rome in the film Senior Secret Love: Puppy Honey (2016) and its sequel. Due to their great chemistry, the two were cast as leads in the romantic drama “Theory of Love” (2019), hosted online series, and released the single “Too Cute To Handle.” Off and Gun won multiple Best Couple Awards together from organizations that present awards, including the LINE TV Awards (2019, 2020) and the Maya Awards (2018, 2019).

As Punn in ‘The Gifted’ (2018), Atthaphan received praise from the independent press as well. For this role, he was honored with two awards: Best Actor in a Supporting Role at the 24th Asian Television Awards (2020) and Best Fight Scene at the LINE TV Awards (2019). Apart from being an actor, Gun owns the clothing line GENTE and, together the actresses Alice Tsoi and Nichaphat Chatchaipholrat (Pearwah), co-owns the clothing line Too Cute To Be Cool.
