You’ve probably heard of property flipping.
It refers to the process of buying, renovating, and selling properties. A lead flip works the same way.
The process is more manageable because no renovations or significant investments are required.
You will need to generate leads and sell them to local businesses. It is what the Modern Millionaires training program promises to teach. You’ll learn how to get leads using PPC platforms like Facebook ads and Adwords. The course will also give you the tools and templates needed to find potential leads.
Is Modern Millionaires legit?
The Internet abounds with gurus and training programs making big promises. But earning online is not that simple. Running an online business is no different than running an offline business.
You need to put in some time and money to succeed. You must then work hard with consistency and patience. A program that promises you will become rich without doing much work is probably a scam.
Modern Millionaires does not make such promises. They have made it clear that you will have a lot of work to do. But they will give you the training, tools, and templates to make your life easy.
They will advise you on how to find potential buyers and determine the right vertical. Additionally, you’ll learn how to create a website and use paid advertising to generate leads. Overall, it’s an excellent value.
Online marketing beginners will benefit from this course. There is no need for this course if you already have experience with lead generation or PPC management.
It is very profitable to flip leads. You don’t have to convince local businesses to use your marketing services. You can go to them with sales-ready leads, and they will be happy to buy them. It’s a win-win situation for all.
How to generate leads?
The key to starting and running a successful lead-flipping business is the ability to generate leads.
Let’s Imagine you have chosen the real estate niche. You have identified a high demand for rental properties in your target location and great potential in search traffic (people searching online for properties nearby).
The first thing you need to do is set up AdWords campaigns. This means choosing the right goals, campaign settings, and ongoing optimization of your keywords and ads.
The second best channel to reach potential customers is Facebook ads. Facebook ads are small targeted marketing campaigns that can be run through the Facebook platform.
The campaign serves an ad on your Facebook page, timeline, group, event, or in a paid search results list. You can target demographics and specific audiences, so you have a varied chance of success. Also, many ad campaigns can be automated, so you don’t have to do all the work yourself.
If any of this part confuses you, then I recommend signing up for Modern Millionaires. The third module in Modern Millionaires is dedicated to Adwords and FB ads.
You will learn everything you need to know about setting up and optimizing campaigns. You will also learn how to create landing pages that convert. The section concludes with a detailed tutorial on remarketing and lead nurturing.
Modern Millionaires Review
The modern millionaires is not a scam. It is not all roses though.
The biggest drawback of the training program is the cost. The membership is not cheap. But the training is worth it. You will also get access to a Facebook group with more than 6k active members. The course founders and other coaches are also involved in this group.
So, you will get plenty of inspiration and ideas every time you visit the group. They also have a DWY (Done with you) and DFY (Done for you) package for people who want to invest but don’t have the time or expertise to execute all this.
Can you make money with lead generation?
Lead generation specialist is one of those jobs that has always been good to have but has only recently become popular enough for most companies to consider hiring them. A specialist can earn quite well and enjoy benefits such as flexible hours.
You can become a specialist in generating new customers for a business using the Internet, mainly through Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising.
You will be responsible for setting up and analyzing campaigns to discover which ads perform the best. A good ad can generate hundreds, even thousands of leads for a business, making the job exceptionally lucrative.
Most companies who hire them prefer at least some experience in advertising and the use of Google Adwords specifically. And this is precisely what Modern Millionaires will teach you.
