How can I access NicView?

Not receiving live feeds – Does that mean NicView is not working?
Soon after you sign in, you should start receiving images of your baby. Nevertheless, in case you’re not getting the live stream, you need not panic. When the nurse is taking care of your baby, the camera will turn off. During such a situation, you will probably see an ‘offline’ image. You have to get back after some time to receive images. If you still think there is some technical glitch, make sure you get in touch with a support team.
NicView Family – Is it available on App Store and Google Play?
You have to note that the NicView Family app isn’t available on Google Play Store or on App Store. Due to unknown reasons, the apps are taken down from these portals. Hence, the only way to check a live feed of your baby is through login.nicview.net.portal.
What are the proper ways of using NicView?
Since this is a proximity tool, you have to keep in mind a few things before using it. Here is a list:
- The purpose of this camera is to offer solace and comfort to you and your family while establishing a sense of connection. If the NicView camera is distracting you or disturbing you, notify the staff so that they can turn it off.
- Don’t move the camera as it is fixed on one side of the baby’s bed. Moving the camera unnecessarily can disrupt the images.
- In a situation where your kid is covered in a blanket inside the incubator, your vision will be darkened. You don’t need to worry about that.
- The support team will remotely adjust the camera. You just have to inform them if the camera has to be readjusted.
- When your infant is going through phototherapy, the color of images can get distorted.
