Something You Need To Know About Sendgrid Domain Authentication

Practical Benefits of SendGrid Domain Authentication Services.

Domain authentication is a crucial part of email deliverability. If you face any issues with email deliverability or domain authentication, you can run an email delivery test or consult experts of Folderly. When you authenticate your domain, you are notifying email providers that you are authorized to send messages from that domain.

This helps to ensure that your messages will not be blocked or sent to spam folders. In this blog post, we will discuss the practical benefits of using SendGrid Domain Authentication Services. We will also show how to set up domain authentication for your account.

Domain authentication can be used to send email from multiple domains. This is useful if you have more than one website or if you want to use a personal domain for your SendGrid account. To set up domain authentication, there are several steps:

1. You will need to add a DNS record to your domain’s DNS settings. The record will be provided by SendGrid.
2. Once the DNS record has been added, you will need to verify the domain in your SendGrid account.
3. After the domain has been verified, you can start sending emails from that domain.

Domain Authentication Services can also be used to send SMTP mail from your own server. This is useful if you want to use SendGrid’s SMTP relay service but do not want to use web API.

Do You Want to Enhance Email Deliverability? Authenticate Your Domain

Domain authentication is an inevitable step in improving email deliverability. When you authenticate your domain with SendGrid, you can send your marketing content on your behalf, ensuring that your messages reach their intended recipients. Are you willing to find out more about the process of authenticating your domain and improving email deliverability? Let’s get started!

The first step is to add your domain to SendGrid. You can do this by logging into your SendGrid account and going to the “Domains” tab. From there, you will need to click on the “Add Domain” button.

Once you have added your domain, the next step is to verify that you own it. This can be done by adding a TXT record to your DNS settings. The TXT record contains a code that verifies that you are the owner of the domain. You can find this code in your SendGrid account under the “Domain Authentication” tab.

After you have added the TXT record to your DNS settings, it can take up to 48 hours for the verification process to be completed. Once your domain is verified, you will be able to send email from it using SendGrid.

Authenticating your domain with SendGrid is a quick and easy way to improve your email deliverability. By doing so, you are telling ISPs that you are a legitimate sender and that your emails are not spam. This can help to ensure that your emails end up in the inbox instead of the spam folder.

You can also combine an email spam checker with domain authentication to maximize your chances of reaching your target customers. And since deliverability is one of SendGrid’s core features, you can be sure that your emails will be delivered successfully.
